Queen

Jaime Liestman

It is a true honor to represent this family friendly association in 2025 as Queen. I have been member of the Arabian Horse Association for over three decades. Being involved in a Royalty program is something that is near and dear to my heart. I had the honor of representing the MN Pinto Horse Association in 2001, 2002, 2006 and 2007 as their Queen, as well as competing for Miss Pinto of America in 2001. I was also the Royalty Advisor for horse associations in past years.

Giving back to our youth is something that I feel is important and needed. I have been involved with the Meeker County 4-H with clinics, open ride nights and giving pointers when asked. I have been the official judge for Region II FFA Horse Judging contest, where I’ve been able to discuss my placings with several advisors and provide reasons for my placings to the students. I have served on different Board of Directors and Show Committees, Sponsorship Coordinator, PR Chair and have been an exhibitor of numerous breeds, for many years with a variety of equines. This has been a wonderful opportunity to display my versatility in the horse industry.

Breeding, raising, and training Arabians and Part-Arabians on our farm, Reflection Farm, has been a lifelong business that I have had the pleasure of being a part of, thanks to my mother, Jean Liestman. We stand several stallions at stud and dedicate our lives to ensuring the needs of the horses we care for are met, as well as their owner's. I have shown both Arabians and Part-Arabians to local, state, national and world titles. One of the top highlights of my horse career, was when RF RAMBO, a Part-Arabian Pinto stallion, who I grew up alongside, showed and loved was inducted into the Pinto Horse Association of America Equine Hall of Fame. This was such an honor and an emotional time receiving this award in Tulsa, OK.
My first Purebred Arabian was a grey gelding, Marwan+, who I had the joy of riding at the young age of three. He was one of the greats who babysat his riders.

I am not shy when it comes to volunteering and sharing my love of the Arabian horse. When time allows, I promote the breed by attending WSCA Open shows, and non-Arabian breed shows, which allows me to be an ambassador for our association. I try to provide many of my lesson students a way to love and appreciate the Arabian horse. Several have gone on to participate in shows through my guidance and encouragement.

Community involvement helps to stay connected to those around you. Being active in both Cornerstone Church and Salem Historical Church is very rewarding for me. I am also involved in the Litchfield community through Brekke Insurance Group, where I have been the Office Manager for over 10 years. In recent years, our agency has expanded into Equine Insurance. Through Brekke Insurance, I am able to partake in many Chamber of Commerce events. Other community involvement has been through Reflection Farm. I have been part of the Adopt-A-Highway program since 1993. Throughout the years Reflection Farm has also opened our doors for many summer and holiday events and we always welcome visitors.

Outside of the horse world, I enjoy graphic design, craft projects, photography, Ford trucks and outdoor activities, which include but are not limited to: gardening, landscaping, fishing, trail riding, and witnessing God’s glorious sunrises and sunsets.

I hope to see many of you at different functions and events in 2025 and beyond!

Jr. Queen

Lily Schlangen

Hello, I am Lily Schlangen and I am the Noble Arabian Horse Association of Minnesota ’s, Jr. Queen this year. I have been doing royalty programs for over 6 years. I am hoping to be on Noble ’s board as well as continuing with royalty.

As I am writing this I am 17, I love doing hands -on projects as well as reading and writing. My favorite subject in school is English and Ag classes. My life pretty -much revolves around horses, dance, and school. I ’m planning on going to college and getting a degree in secondary English education. I want to go to St. Benedict’s.
Right now I am in FFA, student council, and speech.

I have been going to Reflection Farm doing lessons for 10 years, and worked as an apprentice for the past few years. I help out after work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and all day Fridays in the summer. I have two horses. They are an Arabian type pinto mare, RF Pitch Perfect, and a purebred Arabian, RF Amira Kamal.

I am also a dancer in Just For Kicks through Paynesville, I am in pom, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, kick, and next season I will be doing a solo as well. I will hopefully be able to be on the St. Ben ’s dance team, which is D3.

I am looking forward to this year as Jr. Queen and seeing the rest of the season unfold! I hope everyone has a great year and loads of fun with the Noble Arabian Horse Association of Minnesota!

Princess

Ella Schrupp

Princess Ella

Hello, My name is Ella Schrupp, I'm 15 years old. I live south of Lake Koronis with my mom, dad and three older brothers.

I've been a member of the Koronis Eager Beavers 4-H club for the past 10 years.  I currently show rabbits and cattle, but have participated in the horseless horse activities in the past.  I am also a member of the Paynesville FFA Club and participated in the dairy judging competition this spring.

Some awards that I have received are the Young Achiever award for 4-H in 2022.  In 2023, I went to the Minnesota State Fair and showed in the dairy project.  I received 9th place in the intermediate showmanship out of the whole state.  I also had the privilege to participate in the Minnesota State Horse Show and brought my 4-H project, which had to do with the care and treatment of injured horses.  I placed 2nd in the horseless horse division.

I began taking riding lessons when I was seven years old and fell in love with it right away. I started taking lessons at Reflection Farm a couple years ago, where I am able to work with many different horses of all breeds and ages. My favorite thing is going for trail rides. Last year I was able to show in the Noble Arabian Horse Association All Breed Fun Show.
I even won the Overall Youth Championship!  I compete in the M.O.R.E Incentive Program through Noble and in 2024 I was awarded Youth Champion in the Open category and Reserve Champion in the Arabian category.

Some hobbies that I enjoy doing are riding horses, showing cattle and rabbits, and being in 4-H and showing at the Meeker County Fair in Litchfield.

This is my first year being involved with the royalty. This year should be fun being Princess and being more involved with Noble!  In the future, I hope to continue to learn more about horses (both riding and the care and treatment of them).  I love sharing everything I've learned so far with those just starting out and hope to continue to educate others as I get older. My biggest hope is to someday own my own horse!
